The 2025 ARCOA Convention will be at the Salt Lake (Utah) Marriott Downtown at City Creek on June 19-21, 2025. Most attendees arrive on Thursday the 19th. We will have “doings” on Friday the 20th and Saturday the 21st, and will end with the traditional banquet Saturday evening at the Hotel. Detailed information will be in the next Oversea’r.
The room rate is $189.00 + 15.82% tax, for a total of $218.90/night. This rate is available for the “shoulder nights” – 3 nights before and 3 nights after the Contract Dates of June 18-22 – but you must request nights not showing on the reservation site by calling Jasele (pronounced Jay-sel), our Marriott Group Rooms Coordinator, at 801-537-6030. Reserving shoulder nights is based on availability.
