Deadline for Room Reservations:  August 15, 2023

Cancellations due 10 days prior to arrival.  Reservations considered prepaid and will be charged on September 7th.  Hotel cannot "split" room charges for shared rooms.  Your confirmation will show the total cost so you can determiine how to split the costs.

Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am.  There is an ARCOA Hospitality Room Sep 19, 20 and 21 if you arrive early.

Meals available at the Roundabout Diner attached to the hotel.  Central Portsmouth is 1.4 mis walk from the hotel.

TRAVEL TO PORTSMOUTH

The largest and most convenient airport is Boston (BOS).  Besides rental car, C&J Bus, operates hourly between BOS and Portsmouth. Tickets ($26) must be purchased online.  https://www.ridecj.com/find-my-bus  The bus will deliver you to a commuter lot.  You will need to call for a pickup and details will be provided closer to the event.

Wed Sep 20 and Thurs Sep 21 - Mornings - ARCOA Business Meeting

Wed Sept 20 - 4:30 - 6:30 pm - $45 - Cruise on the Gundalow - specially designed boat to work in the marshy low water of Portsmouth harbor - ADA compliant - limit 46 people. EVENT FILLED AS OF 6/28/2023. NO NEW REGISTRATIONS

Thurs Sep 21 afternoon - Tour of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.  Must be signed up with ID.  Tour lasts 1 1/2 - 2 hours.  No Charge.

Thurs Sep 21 - 5 pm - 8 pm - Banquet - ARCOA will be guests of Service Credit Union.  Cash bar.  This is an honor to all of us and an accurate count is needed.

Be prepared for all kinds of weather;  cool evenings and the possibility of rain.

The Planning Committee really hopes you will take advantage of all that is planned and sign up!  It's all about reconnecting with old friends and meeting new.
