Important Things To Know
About ARCOA's Website

Postage, printing and extra manual labor, have made it much more cost effective for ARCOA to "go ELECTRONIC", in order to maintain up to date directories and send out The Oversea'r, and blast emails on upcoming activities and important news. This allows us to keep you informed in a much quicker, and efficient manner.

We appreciate the members who have switched over and have 'opted in' and allowed us to use their email address to receive ARCOA information. It also expedites the changes in keeping the directories and addresses up to date. Most important to you....is the quality and timeliness of the Oversea'r that can be sent electronically. This version has vibrant color photos and live links to websites and your tube videos that might be of interest.

Has it just occurred to you that you haven't received an Oversea'r in the past few years? Not even via a mass e-mailing from ARCOA's website? Is your e-mail address correct in this printed Directory? If it is correct and you're not getting an Oversea'r in your e-mail In Box, please contact our webmaster by clicking on the Contact Us button and selecting the Contact Website Administrator Form. We need to figure out the problem. If your e-mail address in this Directory is not correct, please contact the webmaster to provide the correction.

NOTE: ARCOA members who do not have e-mail or have 'opted out' still get the printed black & white version via the U.S. Postal Service.

Members who signed up to receive information via email have been sent The Oversea'r via e-mail since the December 2011 issue. There were three issues in 2012 and three issues in 2013. These issues are posted on the website in the non-public (members only) section. To access the members-only information, one must know how to sign on to the website. This requires a User ID and a Password. Also contact our webmaster by clicking on the Contact Us button and selecting the Contact Website Administrator Form.

E-mailings from the website will occur when there is any kind of "bulletin" or special communication that members should know about -- examples: a reunion opportunity or special announcements. The Director and other files in the Members-Only section contains the most up-to-date address information. It can change on a daily basis, which beats waiting for the three-times-a-year address change sheets that accompany The Oversea'r and the every two year printed Directory.

In addition, the website is the place to go for all application forms: membership, Mary Louise Dowling Leadership Enhancement Fund, The International Humanitarian Award , and convention registration information/forms, to name a few. So ... see how important ARCOA's website has become? Let it be a good resource for you. Explore it thoroughly. Use the Menu at the left of each page and any links provided by various buttons, and links tied to text items. Again, contact our webmaster by clicking on the Contact Us button and selecting the Contact Website Administrator Form.. Use it, for everyone's benefit!
